I build software and automation in İstanbul. Every project starts with the same question: how, and how deeply, can AI be built into this work?

Emir Kömürcü

Software engineer · AI and automation

I build software and automation, with a focus on integrating AI.

I am a software engineer in İstanbul. I build web applications, automation systems and internal tools. Most of my recent work is about rebuilding existing sites and workflows around AI.

I do not treat AI as a feature added to the edge of a project. Placed well, it changes how the work itself is done: repetitive steps become automatic, and a person stays wherever a decision is needed.

Most of my day is spent working alongside Claude Code and Codex. I turn ideas into working prototypes quickly, and carry what each attempt teaches into the next one.

This site exists to keep the work I have done at a single address.

“How does AI fit into this project?” It is the first question I ask of everything I work on.

What I build

I have worked on more than eighty projects. Below are the kinds of work; the sites themselves are in the Browser.

Recent projects

Kinds of work

  1. 01

    AI integration

I take existing sites, panels and workflows and rework them around AI. Content generation, classification, summarisation, search and decision support become a natural part of the system rather than an add-on.

    • Claude API
    • Ollama
    • n8n
  2. 02

    Automation

Pipelines that carry a job from start to finish: a schedule fires, material is gathered, a model prepares a draft, and whatever passes the approval step goes live. The journal on this site runs on such a pipeline.

    • GitHub Actions
    • webhooks
    • Telegram approval
  3. 03

    Web applications and sites

Corporate sites, portals, campaign and commerce pages. Multilingual where needed, fast, and built to stay easy to maintain over the years.

  4. 04

    Panels and internal tools

Task management, client tracking and back-office systems: tools that bring a team’s whole workflow, from assignment to reporting, into one place.

  5. 05

    Infrastructure and go-live

The invisible part of everything above: server setup, DNS, TLS, mail records, backups and migrations.
